Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To return your item, please email us at enquiries@leavemymark.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, address and order number. We will then provide you with the returns address. Postage will need to be pain by yourself. We advise getting proof of postage. Postage costs are non-refundable.
Custom products are excluded from this policy and can only be returned if damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at enquiries@leavemymark.co.uk.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges however you can return your product within 30 days and then order an alternative product. Return postage will need to be paid by yourself. Postage costs are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
